If you are interested in NO COST/LOW COST mental health services provided by a clinical mental health counseling student, please fill out the following form and one of our staff or interns will get back to you regarding scheduling. Residents of Story County and ISU students can receive services at NO COST. Residents outside of Story County can receive LOW COST services ($20/session).
