Creative Counseling Services is a 501 C3 charitable organization.

This status makes us an eligible employer for the PSLF.

We are currently looking for an independently licensed clinician in our Ames office. This position is with our Gap to Growth program. Ideally this position would turn into a leadership/supervisory position. This therapist would be an onsite resource for practicum/intern students. They would not be responsible for supervision or liaising with the master’s program faculty.

Salary

Salary starts at $50,000/yr (bonuses available)

Creative Counseling Services is a non-profit counseling agency in Ames. We are looking for someone who wants to  grow professionally and personally. Our ideal candidate will be motivated to provide excellent client care, have a desire to continue learning and honing clinical skills, strive to grow professionally, and practice with integrity. This person would have additional training such as EMDR, CBT, etc.

To apply for this position, applicants must hold licensure for one of the following in the state of Iowa: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)or Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW). 

Schedule:

• 8 or 10 hour shifts

• Hours can be anywhere between 7am and 7pm

• Monday to Friday

Education:

• Master's (Required)

License/Certification:

• LMHC, LISW, or LMFT (Required)
